Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change your order once it has been placed. However, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team here immediately after placing the order, as we might be able to cancel your order before it gets dispatched. If we are able to cancel your order we will let you know.
What if I entered incorrect information?
If you have mistakenly entered incorrect details, such as your delivery or billing address, email address, telephone number, etc., please reach out to our Customer Care Team immediately for assistance. They will make every effort to update your information before your order is shipped.
What to do if the delivery of my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, please check the track & trace information provided by the shipping courier for any updates.

I did not receive an order confirmation.
Please be aware that it may take a few minutes to receive your order confirmation. Remember to check your spam folder as well. If you haven't received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us.
Can I change the delivery address for my order?
We are happy to assist you in updating your billing and delivery addresses for your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Care Team to make these changes.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
No, we don´t offer worldwide shipping at the moment. We only ship in the European Union, for any orders outside of the European Union can contact us via E-Mail.
Due to import restrictions, we are currently not able to ship to Russia, Belarus or Ukraine.
All packages have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate e-mail from DHL or GLS once your order has been dispatched.
What are your delivery times?
We offer free shipping in the EU within 5-12 business days.

What is the return policy?
If you have changed your mind and want to return your order, you can do it within 14 days from delivery time. Please note that the return shipping cost varies depending on the size and weight of the print and frame, ranging from 10 to 40 euros. Please contact as if you want to return your order so we can assist you.
I get an error message when I try to pay?
Your payment may have been declined by your bank for various reasons. To resolve this issue, you might need to contact your bank. Alternatively, attempting the transaction again later could be successful. You also have the option to use PayPal or a different payment card for the transaction.
If your issue isn't related to payment, please capture a screenshot of the error message and contact our Customer Care Team. We will take the necessary steps to help you.
